The Dance & Tumbling Department is devoted to helping students develop a positive awareness of their bodies. Through movement education, we increase their inner strength and confidence as we support our students’ growth into well-rounded artists who are strong in body, mind, and spirit.
Current Disciplines Offered
Beginning Tumbling: Classes available for ages 2-18. Focus on the very basics. We want to help your children gain flexibility, balance, and confidence in being inverted in moves such as forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands and many more!
Ballet & Tap Combo: Classes available for Ages 2-12, focusing on basic ballet and tap steps that will build a foundation for future dancing. Memorization skills will be practiced as we put together routines for performance.
Dance Exploration and Dance Mix: Ages2-18. A non-competitive class for those looking to have fun, improve body movement and coordination, and really enjoy a love for dance.
Hip Hop: Classes available for ages 6-18, teaching freedom of movement and incorporation of individual personality with an upbeat and energetic dance style.
Clogging: Classes available for ages 6-18 and introducing students to basic-intermediate levels of steps, showmanship, timing, and percussion in a high energy and fun dance style everyone will love!
Basic Cheer and Tumble Techniques: Ages 5-18. This is a fantastic class for Boys and Girls who are looking to improve strength, learn props & pyramids, and have a blast! In addition to tumbling students will learn stunts & jumps, as well as a cheer routine.
